30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every pup and every human to feel calm and confident with their purchase. If there’s any issue with your order, we’ll take care of it.

 

No Physical Returns Required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns. You do not need to send the item back.


Refunds & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, you may request:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement

All requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


Photo Verification

To process refunds or replacements, we require:

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)

This helps us verify the problem and improve product quality.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, the order may already be processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will:

  • Reship your order for free, or

  • Issue a full refund


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we cannot issue refunds once the order has shipped. If the package returns to the carrier, we can reship it.
